How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who reach out to Counterbottle Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

  • How a call or message with Counterbottle Floor Coating went
  • How your personal data was used or protected
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The behavior of a provider we referred you to

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by writing to the provider. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Still, Counterbottle Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges, or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Write to contact@counterbottle.property and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Still Feel Unsettled

If our reply does not resolve things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
